Holy Week

“The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Hosanna in the highest heaven!” ~ Matthew 21:9

Now I know that we as “Christians” are not in any way bound by any legalistic religious practices or dead man-made traditions. Nonetheless… I must confess that I do personally enjoy these traditional reflections in this season, as do many others who love Jesus, from various different religious organizations.

I know that I am not Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian, Anglican, Assemblies and so on… but like many of us “Christians” from all across the globe I do recognize that each of these Christian Denominations carries with them very real, genuine brothers and sisters in Our Lord. Those who have called on the name of our World Wide Savior!

“For “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.” ~ Romans 10:13

So with Palms Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and my favorite,

Resurrection Sunday Coming!

I just want to say that I love all of my Christian brothers and sisters across the globe and I love knowing that annually we can reflect together on this week. United we can focus on the life he lived, the life he gave and the death he overcame, the resurrection and Christ’s Ascension to where he now reigns as Lord over all at The Right Hand Side of The Father.

Jesus Is Lord Church… and I can’t wait till the day we all Praise and Worship him collectively together!

May it be this week… this Sunday and everyday forevermore!!!
In His Love, Pastor Scott
